Our villa is located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, which is the calmest region of Antalya and has the deep blue enchantment of the Mediterranean coves. The pine and cedar forests surrounding it combine with the perfect maquis climate; It makes every moment of our honeymoon couples special and unforgettable, who want a perfect holiday with its location where the end always reaches the endless blue. With its proximity to touristic areas such as Patara Beach, Kaputaş Beach, Saklıkent Canyon, and Secretkent Waterfall, it offers a holiday opportunity to explore the surroundings without getting stuck in traffic.

Villa Cool Exclusive has 2 bedrooms in the villa with a capacity of 4 people. The villa has 2 bathrooms, heated pool, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi. It has an open kitchen and a pool in its own garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster and almost all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the garden without limits. In the living room, there is a seating group, television and furniture, while there is separate air conditioning for all rooms.
NOTE: The pool heating system is free of charge during the winter months. (Includes November 1 - May 1)
Extras
The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
Important informations:
Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. Infrastructure works can be done periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
